Rayonix support has received high marks from customers worldwide for fast, knowledgeable responses. We understand the need of a synchrotron beamline to be up and running 24/7 without interruptions and do our best to keep our instruments to that standard.
Advice and support is available via telephone or email 9:00 to 18:00 (USA Central time zone) on weekdays.
Most issues are solved right on the phone or by email response. Usually we can immediately provide diagnosis and reconfiguration instructions for our X-ray detectors, thereby providing temporary solutions to keep your experiment going.
More involved diagnosis and repairs, via factory return or via site visits from our technicians, are scheduled in a timely manner to reduce any down time as much as possible. In special cases loaner instruments are available during repair times.
Rayonix offers comprehensive service contracts on all X-ray detectors, with discounts on multi-year or multi-detector contracts.
